Payment Options: PayPal (Overseas) or Touch 'n Go (Malaysia Only).

Processing Fees: PayPal payments are subject to a 5% Transaction Fee added to the invoice total to cover international transfer and currency processing costs.

Deposit & Cancellation Limit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before I present the initial sketch. Once the sketch is sent, cancellations are no longer accepted. I will sketch once you pay half.

Revisions: Includes up to 4 minor revisions during the sketch phase. Major edits or changes requested after final approval will incur additional fees.

Timeline: Deadlines are estimated based on complexity and current workload. After you confirm what you want, I'll tell the estimated deadline.

Final Files: High-resolution digital files will be delivered via Email or Google Drive after the full balance is paid. No physical items are shipped.

Personal Use: Commissions are strictly for non-commercial, personal use (e.g., social media profile pictures, personal prints, wallpapers).

Commercial Use: Using art for merchandise, branding, resale, or streaming requires a separate commercial agreement and extra fee.

Protection: Artwork may NOT be used for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain/crypto applications.

Artist Cancellation: Full 100% refund if I am unable to complete your piece.

Client Cancellation (Before Sketch): Full 100% refund if cancelled before sketch work begins.

Client Cancellation (After Sketch): The 50% deposit is kept to cover labor time.

Final Delivery: No refunds once the final image has been delivered.
